Some of the most repressive regimes in the world have used psychiatric drugs on political prisoners in order to keep them "under control", or to extract confessions from them, or just to punish them. Electroshock therapy has also been used as a method of torture.

this world is fucking disgusting. no, humanity is

Guns don't kill people, drugs don't kill people, electroshocks don't kill people. People kill people.

I know some drugs just designed to weaken people's heart, and make it ready for a stalker to trigger a heart attack. So people can be murdered by their natural death.
And a few drugs are designed for overdoes purposes, and a psychiatry leads the target overdoes by their excellent communication skill. How evil the world is!

Now we have such drugs delivered via Chemtrails permeating skin, lungs, soil, food.
I agree, but I kinda think the crazed shooters are brainwashed government plants put in place with the hope of scaring people into giving up their guns. Who knows? I don't mind if anyone thinks my statement is paranoid, I am.

Both are right. Some of them really are brainwashed to kill and have tried to get help, but as the police didn't believe them, they completed their programmed mission.
There are also many suicides and people who killed their families on antidepressants that seem to be more a matter of the drug.
