why are the two best rated comments about phil being stoned? ... listening to Phil dedicate the perfect song to Dimebag and watching him trying to compose himself is just an amazing moment. it makes me almost certain that we would have had a Pantera reunion if Dime was still here - if Phil would have still made the recovery that he's made, that is.
