Coaches Chris and Scott deliver a series of workshops, over three days in Lerwick, Shetland. The six indoor classes and 2 outdoor classes brought the community together, along with the existing Parkour Community to enjoy Parkour from Glasgow Parkour Coaching's perspective.

  • Nice edit. I'm glad Shetland's taken an interest into parkour but everyone's basically idolising you two now which isn't how things should be at all. Everyone should have their own styles, and overcome obstacles in their own way, not copy the way they were shown at a workshop exactly. =/

  • @DjMosue

That will happen in time, i know from when i trained with people who had new things to show me, their influence starts off up front and slowly integrates into my own style.

We showed the Shetland guys so many things that are completely different and new to them - a whole completely different approach to training. even if at first that's all they use, with time it will intergrate into their own training and it allows them to make more informed choices about how they practice.
