Thanks very useful, i think i need to become much more flexible as when I'm running i feel allot more constrained than those runners look, although I've never really seen my self run.

Actually, this is pretty close to barefoot running technique. The knee bend and foot landing under the center of gravity are two key elements. And for most of them, when the foot hits the ground, it's pretty close to midfoot.
