Nick Morgan introduces his book Trust Me: Four Steps to Authenticity and Charisma. He explains how every communication is two conversations: the verbal one (the content) and the non-verbal one (the body language). If the two are aligned, you can be a persuasive, authentic communicator. You may even come across as charismatic. If the two are not aligned, people believe the non-verbal every time.
@Simtex007 I have written 5 ebooks with a sixth on the way. Go to Amazon or iTunes, and look up Nick Morgan, and you should be able to find them.
Thanks for your interest,

Jessica, that's exactly what I talk about in the book. The four steps I outline are all about coming in with the right energy, because the audience and you are connecting unconsciously even before you open your mouth.

This is all very good and true information, however,I'd say carrying the energy into the room and generating the energy of your core speech in your body and mind, before you even step in front of the audience is key. Facial expression is important too...smiling or at least enjoying the words and allowing the essence of whay you are saying to shine through.

This got really good at the end. But I must say, you look a little tired.
