The man copying the dance is an American man who visited our town as an ambassador of an International exchanging group.
He had happened to practiced the dance a few days before at the Dance stage for sight seeing visitors. So he happened to know how to dance.

DOJO is a kind of eel for eating.
SUKUI means picking up or catching.
The dancer pretends to pick up some eels in the rice fields.
This dance is a Japanese local folk dance famous in Yasugi, Shimane, Japan.
