Yes, they absolutely help. I was able to run through the whooped out areas much faster then a stock jeep could without bottoming out. Don't get me wrong, the bump stops wont turn your tank into a dune buggy...but will allow you to be far more aggressive without fear of breaking something. There's a limit to everything though! I want to get into a click adjustable shock next.
