They can torture us and kill us, but if we even speak out against the Govt we are deemed terrorists, tortured and killed. Makes sense. In a Nazi Germany kinda way. So the lesson is.....Obama/The Govt/The Bankers are our RULERS. The military and Cops are their "SS" and "Gustapo". Sit down, shut up, and be the good lil' slaves........OR DIE. I will die on my feet, rather than live on my knees. It's been fun. But it's over. Time for blood.

In 1945, Cramer vs. The United States established that the overt act and the intent are separate and distinct elements of the crime of treason under the Constitution. It is a complete bastardization of the ideals set forth in the 5th Amendment. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects individual persons from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due-process violation, which offends against the rule of law.

@TanzanianRoots you my friend are normalcy biased. How about you just admit the seriousness of this implication? Or do you just trust your great leader (king) without question? If the guy is setting a road side bomb, of course US soldiers will defend themselves (although they should not be there in the first place). We are talking about a "hit list". The strike is ordered, and carried out. The drone drops a bomb on the house the alleged "terrorist" sleeps. That is murder. PROVE he is a terrorist
