Some scenes comparing the Gamecube and PS2 versions of Resident Evil 4. The Gamecube version obviously looks much better. In each comparison the Gamecube version is shown first followed by the PS2 version.

  • @link89 Better games.

  • @TheBioLover How?

  • The PS2 is the better console though.

  • @MegaAngrygerman

Gamecube had the TEV which did the job of the PS2s vector units but Xbox1 had programable vertex shader unit which raped both the PS2's Vector Unit and Gamecubes TEV. In handhelds at least Nintendo went the Xbox1 way with a proper vertex shader in the 3DS. Resident Evil Revealtions destroy Resident Evil 4 on PS2 and Gamecube and probaly what an Xbox1 version of resident evil 4 would look like.

Only N64 was the strongest in graphics due to texture filtering . Master System was more powerful than the NES, Neo Geo more powerful than SNES and XBOX1 was more powerful than both Gamecube/PS2 and Wii the weakest of them all.

  • @lizsfreakme They did however say that online doesn't matter and people prefer to play with their buddies in splitscreen.

  • Game Cube is much better

  • lol and people doubt nintendo and the wiiU.. tisk tisk.. they should have done their homework

  • Gamecube es mejor

  • @abelcowl ps2's cpu is just as powerful as gamecube's, but it is much more complex. gamecube's gekko is much easier to work with, since it is more basic, while the ps2 has a main cpu and three vector units, sort of a cousin to the ps3's cell cpu.
