TITLE: "Mutant Lore"
MUSIC: Orchard of Mines
ARTIST: Globus

Hello out there YouTubers! This vid is pretty much self-explanatory: it depicts mutants in all their shame and glory using footage from all three films. My title "Mutant Lore" is basically supposed to act as a declaration of the legend of mutants, their struggles and their strengths.

On a sidenote: Personally, I am not a fan of the X-Men Trilogy as a whole. The franchise is completely overrated and does not do neither the comics nor the toons true justice. To me, they've failed in being true X-Men movies. However, all 3 films still had their fair share of great scenes. So I figured the best way to improve the movies was to pair with one of the greatest songs. Globus can make ANYTHING alot cooler than they really are, and I hope I succeeded. Thanks to the movie and music world for their contribution. I'm making not a single dime off of this and is purely for entertainment. Comments welcome!

P.S. This is a slightly revised/tweaked version as opposed to the original I had here on YouTube, which has been removed.

  • This was so awesome! You should do one of X-Men First Class. I bet it would be awesome!

  • @Scoonertuna Good idea! I'd love to make an updated version with the newer films! Thanks for the suggestiong. :)

  • where is 1:21 from?!

  • Forgive the late reply! 1:21 is from a deleted scene from X2, obviously featuring Jubilee. Damned if I know why they left it out. Such a cool scene.

  • its ok lol and ya it is lol whered u get it?

  • NOW I see why my replies are late. I have the emails going to an email address I don't frequently visit. D'oh! Anyway, the deleted scene was from the X2 dvd. It's in the special features.

  • @phinlin Cool. What I thought was so awesome about this video was how you were able to show how the whole Mutant versus Mutant conflict originated. It began as a dispute between Professor X and Magneto and the humans who got caught in the crossfire between the two sides began to fear and hate Mutants. Which forced The X-Men & Brotherhood to fight on two fronts.

  • @phinlin No prob. Glad I could help.

  • awesome ...great job

  • Vidéo juste magnifique . Merci .

  • pretty cool and intense music there hmm?

  • Can't find any of the movies when I search on utube except the third one (I think.. xD) and the upcoming one.. can any1 plz tell me the names of all the x-men movies? =D plx

  • Wow. This was awesome. This franchise had so much potential and Fox squandered away it's greatness by making it about the individual than about the team. And now they are lobotomizing it even more with this new one.

  • @hguapkcaj i actually hope they dont make a phoenix story, thats all everyone ever focus's on, either wolverine or phoenix. they're so over done. im more interested in x-men like jubilee, magma, iceman, wolfbane, all those younger cool powered mutants. Wouldn't that be cool and fun to watch?
