UPDATE ! : The maker of the other vidoe says his was satire after he got exposed as a liar, now what do you think? You be the judges and decide. So far, most are in favor of thinking he's just trying to cover his tracks by saying it was satire.

The context of the video is that McCain made it clear that the US govt should halt cooperation with the Vietnamese govt to find info on remaining POWs. This is in keeping with the way in which McCain treats our current veterans. He received a D grade from the IAVA (Iraq/Afghan Vets of America). Obama was given a B+ by the same group. McCain loves soldiers when they do the govts dirty work, he despises veterans who don't have admiral fathers and millionaire wives to take care of them upon return.

I love how mccain talk about a bunch of noanswers and things that people cant agree or disagree on and use that to support his statements. Hoe does the same thing in all his debates and such. Listen to all his debates...etc, look for the topics you know about and u will realize he never talks about them, he just mention this guy and that guy and try to make you agree with him but never actually try to answer anything.
