tell that to the paparazzi. This guy was on his own property filming a guy that merely said he was with the census. Who knows if he really is with the census? Anyway, if you are out on the street, thats public property and you can film all you want. He was not demeaning or threatening.

Census data was used to help put the Japanese in internment camps. For the record, Glenn Beck is a waste of flesh. Also, these census workers are just doing their jobs and should not be bothered or hurt.

Don't you people get it, he was on his property! I would have had my wife film this retard as well, for the simple fact he came back onto my property to provoke an altercation. What if he would have decided to become violent and broke his camera or worse, while he was holding it? Then he would have had no proof other than their word, see dumb dumb, if something would have happened his lovely wife would have had it all on film :-) live and learn as they say!!!

The homeowner had every right to do what he did.
What if the man was really just canvasing the area so he and his crew could break in those homes? and was upset because this homeowner was actually observant to a stranger walking around and canvasing his neighborhood and caught him doing a no good deed! WAKE UP!!!
