Thanks to Sailor Moon Center for the R2 clip (the hand part is taken from episode 45 in the group transformation, the rest belongs to the very first episode).

The background music and sound effects for this henshin have been released separately on CD. When I obtained them and attempted to synchronize them to the video, I found that the sound effects have to be cut and spliced to bits to align them properly.
