he knows what is doing , again kattlebell is not like the regular gym exercises you have to know what you doing but to me is the best for cardio and muscular endurance, so I am glad that more people are finding out the way of the kettebell the Rusiand did for the last 100 years .

this is how people get hurt, with videos showing incorrect form. everything needs to be in line- wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip \, knee, ankle..

you can use a barbell if you don't have a kettlebell.

Wind mill is a bad ass press. Why doesn't anybody use the barbell for the windmill anymore?
