@MultiNewEnglander and must have been easy to pass rush Morton. Like Brrokshier said @ 0:40-47, "Coach Allen's teams have never lossed to the NY Giants". From 1971-1976, The ancient over-the-hill gang Redskins went 11-0 against the sleeping Giants, until the Giants split the two games in 1976, and swept the Redskins in 1977, Coach Allen's last season as an NFL coach.
Craig Morton was a little more nimble when he was a Cowboy, but less so as a Giant, and basically a statue as a Denver Bronco; must have been frustrating trying to pass-block for him..
@MultiNewEnglander The Giants of the 1970s were worst team of that decade, and prior to 1977 usually made life quite easy twice a year for the Over-the-Hill-Gang.
Nice song in this video, most likely by Spence but remains one of several yet to be identified by NFL films music lovers across the web. This one has kind of grown on me as I've been viewing these videos for the past couple of years.

Giants had good teams in '70 and '72, but little else for the rest of the decade; they did play the Skins tough, though, for the most part..

Love these Giant helmets(Italicized "NY")(LOL)!!! That year, they shared Shea Stadium, with the Jets, a year before they moved, to the Meadowlands.

@FRSFreeState Anyone could have owned this rivalry with the sleeping Giants of the 1970s. Giants had the worst record of the decade.
