@Ronbalicki I am curious Sifu, were these drills invented by Bruce Lee or did Dan Inosanto invent them? One thing I don`t understand is Bruce Lee demonstrates in numerous photos and film and states the straight lead vertical fist is the core of Jeet Kune Do. Why are you punching with ping chuie and not chung chuie?

When she punches, is she supposed to be using a horizontal fist? Also her elbow rolls up and out before the punch, is that telegraphic?

i like the drills,but the comment people dont fight this way refering to the lead bridge arm is misleading......wingchun fighter start ther in some of their drills because they realize that there might be an obstruction that they might need to remove as they punch. cross hand chi sao is the drill bruce used in the movie. remember wingchunis the root of jkd.
