  • Sheets are my mainstay when doing theatre costumes... My 85 yr old mother has made over 200 pillowcase dresses using all sorts of sheets that I find at Goodwil, rummage sales and yard sales, The dresses were sent to Hati and to Uganda . I don't think I could really list all the things we do with sheets, pillowcases, table cloths and fabric shower curtains... good material that can be used.. love your ideas and the things you made... great role model

  • @Trayne1837 That's awesome! I have a friend who has been to Uganda many times along with her family. The group work with provides pillowcases dresses and other items for the children there. Next year they are going to make school uniforms for them and I'm hoping to help out!
