Obviously this is a hot pepper. I ate one (not sure of variety) awhile ago, during dinner at a Thai restaurant, and was told, during my 'heat' experience, that white wine would help. As I recall it did. So for me it is white wine....:)

@paulfreefall Ha Ha I just did the same, from the same shop as well. Never heard of them before. Would not eat a whole one the small bits I did eat were bad enough, luckily I had some beers which helped.
