The Givot Olam Organic ranch near the community of Itamar in Shomron is one of Israel's leading producers of organic dairy products. In this video we learn of about the work of artist Asaf Kidron who builds monuments in natural stone. In the background we can see the entrance to the ancient underground wine cellar that is being adapted as a museum which will display the ancient wine industry of the Biblical children of Israel alongside the modern growing wine industry being developed by the young Jewish farmers on the hills of the Shomron.
