@tmcdon4ld Like I said in the beginning part of my first comment "Japanese are good workers they are all unified together" Pretty much they're all +99% on-board when it comes to a project and no will argue the point. Now this is where it gets interesting in the west they'll argue the point until a resolution is met. Meanwhile, the Japanese can gain ground in production however never achieve perfection unless they have an outside influence. They lack the ability of an original idea.
