The Greatest of course, the most ethical, conscious, articulate, opinionated, self confident and intelligent athlete and person of the recent era. GOD bless you.As foreman said "you are too great for boxing, you are a great human being" thats exactly what i think, so please you cant judge him in that sense. He is above tyson, holmes, norton, dempsy, johnson, frazier, foreman, rocky, floyd, joe lewis etc. Ali was greatest as an athlete (boxer) as well

You people are stupid, Ali was damn good probably a top 5 all time HW but to say he is the best athelete ever is assonine. Carl Lewis had something like 9 olympic Gold medals, Micheal Jordan won 6 titles and redefined sports, Jim Thorpe was an olympian gold medalist and ahall of fame pro football player, Deion Sanders all pro in football and baseball, I dont even think Ali is the best HW ever much less the best fighter ever, and certainly not the best athelete ever

The fact that Sonny isn't proper going for it until Clay (or Ali) is meant to have something in his eye, proves that there was some shit put on Sonny's gloves. It makes me laugh that Clay still won. :)
