I discovered what Panick Attacks were watching Oprah Winfrey.

I've had to deal with anxiety all my life, and it's fairly mild but it's still real.

It breaks my heart to think women around the world are in the situation you used to be in.

My gosh. I am glad you got out of that relationship. It was certainly traumatizing and those wounds are very deep and hard to heal.

I am sorry about your Father. I lost my brother last year, I understand how all of this affected you very deeply.
