This was a damn good movie...Not a great, incredible, all time classic. But still a pretty damn good movie.

"the jacket" is one of my favorite movies.....well scripted, good story, good actors.....good choice with Kiera. Adrian Brody should be in more films....

alternate ending two is more i like it, it got more sense, coz like the ''next'' movie from Nicolas cage , maybe he can change his future, and it would be good his giving aself sacrifice like in ''the butterfly effect'' just saying , that ending i more prefer

5:00... could Maybury possibly be any more arrogant? Basically he says that Knightley has not been a good actress until HE "directed" her!? He told her to her face that should couldn't act, hasn't been any good yet. Wow.
She's been good before him and after him... but how in the world is she any better or worse than anything else she's been in!? Maybury is so arrogant that he thinks it's her finest work. Psst... another film of hers won an Oscar.

alternate ending #2 or #3 would have been a bit too repetitive but it sure would have made you think after the movie was over. i did not really get the last words said in the original ening and lollll at ending #1...JACK..can u hear me...UHHHHH. great movie, keira is like the hottest thing around btw :)

@LyndaHudson the alternate love scene was pretty intense and I wish they had decided to keep it because for yyou to have such an overall instense movie you needan intense love scene to go with it. was not expecting when he put her leg over his shoulder during the scene.
