he makes it look easy to block and punch at the same time like that!

the style i learned briefly form my short-term wing chun teacher seems quite different, the stance for example, only opens twice.also the tan da. the wrist is more bent
but for me i prefer the tan da to be straight, i feel it's safer

and that's an improvised one... they dont sell improvised dummies for 6 grand though

I built one and only cost me like $20 for the wood of the arms and legs... one normal 6"x6" squared log for less than $10 used to cut 4 pieces to make 3 arms (you'll need to shave it). one standard 4"x2" (in reality: 4"x1.5") for the leg (only need like 40" long) and one piece of 3/4"x4" also for the leg (about 30" long). Cut off 5'6 of a dead tree laying on the ground of a ravine with a diameter of 9". Drill holes, nail the leg together, and VOILA! A lot online for thousands of dollars... tisk

Su phu Wong (maybe you understand Vietnamese :D), is your system rooted from Red Boat Wing Chun system? So nice!!!

Noo the good cost $1000 you noob
I don't have a wood dummy, but yesterday I went to my local tire store and was given "for free" 9 tires. With some scrap lumber I had lying around, I built the same devises used at the Master Wong Training Facility, including the tire with the tennis ball in the center used for building speed and accuracy in punching.
