What you really want on an arcane warrior like mine is the Spellweaver sword... which you find in the cave right before the High Dragon (Urn quest chain).

Here's a tip to you all:

When Morrigan levels up, get her the Glyph of Paralyze. It's a magical trap (just uses mana) and it stops enemies. It helped me alot through this area.
