The Strength Shop training. Matt Wichlinski on Super Squats...Simple, brutal, effective, not for the weak willed. Keeps reps low if you don't know what you're doing.

  • Dude your calf is like my forearm. This shit fake

  • @LieutendantDan what a chump like you sees as "fake" or impossible, a guy like me does before breakfast. This isn't even hard for me anymore, and I assure you my calf size has nothing to do with it.

  • @0wnagefactory make small incremental advances in your training and stay consistent. you are 17 with a 190lb squat, if you add 1 lb a week to your squat, thats about 50lbs a year, which would be a 250 lb increase in squat strength (full body strength) in 5 years, giving you a 440lb squat at age 22. Then you have 10 more years to discover yourself under the bar before you'll be my age now. Then others will envy your strength, discipline and will

  • @LieutendantDan AKA, I'm a pussy and I'm jealous of guys who aren't also pussies.

  • I am planning on giving the super squat program a try-I am 130 pounds soaking wet and would like to get some hard muscle onto my frame. It will not be easy, though, because I have longer legs than most others, so I have that much further to go down and come up.

  • @LieutendantDan His quads are like my... tank.

  • @tryandlike also, maybe not so many exercises on heavy days. Focus on the basics. Don't do squats and deads on same day. They're both very taxing. Also don't do bodyweight every day. You need to get some rest and recovery in order to build muscle. Especially if you want to gain 20lbs! More is not always better. Check out Zach Evenesh website (type into google) and sign up for his free PDFs also check out Matt's website. He has free PDFs.

  • @tryandlike make sure to get a long enough stick or PVC or even use resistance bands. I'm not double jointed and I can do it. As for your training, that sounds good as long as you're progressing in weights, reps and/or sets, then you will will get bigger. Just make sure to eat ALOT like more than normal because soccer is a great sport and burns calories like crazy!!

  • You're a monster. Major style points on the post-set shoulder dislocations

  • dude are you double jointed. I just tried that stretch and cant do it al the way like you do. do i need to work up to that?

  • This is very impressive. I am trying to gain 20lbs. I'm 6' tall 155lb now (skinny I know). I want to get bigger legs for soccer. Do you think lifting heavy two days per week will make a difference? For example, Mondays and Fridays lift heavy, and play soccer the rest of the week, and do body weight exercises (like pushups, pullups, situps, and bodyweight squats). The heavy days i will do variations of deadlift, bench, squat, powercleans, rows, and shoulder press. Thanks. Great video.
