About a week or so ago I had a slight itch on the top of my left above my knuckles where my my finger hairs are and on both hands above my wrist area. I noticed some small bumps and I thought it would go away. It hasn't. A few days later I got some tiny bubbles on both my palms. It seems to be filled with clear fluid. These bubbles on my palms don't itch, but they are annoying to look at and feel.
Note: I work in a cytology lab processing vials and I work with latex gloves. I have been using them for over 2 months and just over a week ago it these started showing up. I'm thinking perhaps I'm developing an allergic reaction to latex, but at the same time its not all over my hands. Since I do handle lots of infectious vials, there is a chance of contamination, but I don't think it would spread like this. I haven't spilled anything big over my gloves, just maybe a few drops but in any case I always change gloves and sanitize the area with 10% bleach immediately.
Anyways, I am just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or just put some lotion and let it pass.
Thank you for your help and if you have any questions, feel free to ask! :)

-A strong 1% or 2% steroid ointment will help (again discuss with doctor, make sure it's an ointment and not a cream. Creams tend to come off fast, while ointments tend to stay on longer. Also be careful because they tend to thin out the skin.)
-And lastly figure out if it's an allergy (most common sufferers have metal allergies, some fruits and vegetables are loaded with them, be careful)
If you can, consult a doctor (dermatologist preferably). Good luck. I hope this helps others.

Now what to DO:
-Keep the areas clean and dry at all times (this mean wear gloves or plastic bags on your hands when showering)
-Distract yourself with other activities, de-stress somehow (that's up to you, really try this)
-There are all kinds of salt soaks that will dry up the area (be careful not to irritate your skin and discuss with a doctor before even trying)

Things not to do:
-DO NOT pick at them nor scratch (a mild case can turn into a extreme case if you do, be safe)
-LIMIT your use of water (water tends to make the issue worse since skin can't help but absorb liquid)
-DO NOT use hand sanitizers (the ingredients are very harsh and will make it worse)
-TRY NOT to focus your mind too much on them (I know that might sound odd or even silly, but if you spend time poking and prodding your stress levels will go UP and it will get worse)

It definitely is dyshidrosis and not scabies. It usually presents in fingers, palms, hands, and feet whereas scabies most often goes all over your body and is highly contagious. Good news is that dyshidrosis is NOT at all contagious. Most cases it comes out of left field and people have no idea of how it happens.
For most people they it is a chronic issue. It can be brought on by a number of things, such as stress, allergic reaction, diet (poor or sudden changes), or uneven fungus.
