if you are in a situation like this, having bot fly larvae stuck under your skin, or similar situations, like ticks and other parasites, DO NOT remove it by yourself, do not pull it out with tweezers because it might "throw up" all its guts right into your organism. needless to say..that would be quite messed up and could lead to severe infection, septicemia and horrible disease. just go to the emergency room or try to get professional medical attendance.
