No, this movie's separate; Edgar Wright's not directing, so it doesn't qualify.
The Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy is so named because there will eventually be 3 movies in the series, and each of them contains a lot of blood and some reference to Cornettos. But if the Hitchhiker's Guide trilogy can have 5 installments, maybe the Blood and Ice Cream trilogy could be longer than 3 movies. ^_^

Paul is not part of it, the blood & ice cream movies are directed by edgar wright (Shaun of the dead, hot fuzz & worlds end)
they are named so because they all have some kind of a cornetto reference (it's also called blood & cornetto trilogy) and they all have a lot of fake blood. Shaun had strawberry cornetto (red for zombies) Hot fuzz had vanilla (blue and white wrapper=police colors) and worlds end will feature mint cornetto (there has been talk that it's a conspiracy film about reptilians)

Simon I just absolutely LOVE you!!! congrats on the little one by they way! I'm excited for this movie and wish i were in New Mexico to be an extra. but please do something in or around the Austin area so i can be a part of it! :D my question is: May i have permission to jump on you if i were to ever see you in public? you know, i see you, i run and jump in your arms, you catch me, we fall to the ground together and all have a big laugh. just a thought. thank you both for being so amazing!
