Sam Callis takes the chair in make-up to have his daily application of facial injuries. Its that time of year when the ghoulish creep out in the dark of night, terrifying the neighbourhood. And, lets face it, Sams character Sgt Stone is pretty scary when hes angry!
Nonetheless, Cat Thomas, head of make-up isnt scared! Everyday, for 15 days during the filming of this storyline, she spends an hour and a half applying her art to create Stones face after a violent altercation.
