  • not sure if you are watching this video or not, but I can't figure out how you resized all the discs at once, i saw you linked them, resized one...clicked on a script in your inventory then something happened...couldn't tell what and it all resized...course the new sloft looks lots different than this tutorial so I"m a bit lost

  • @gvladd

The script that was used in that video can be found in the sloft shop in 'Junghee', or you follow the picks in Moy Loon's profile

  • ok thats cool but it is just a basic shape... that can be made 3x faster with sculpty paint.. can this do anything else ?

  • Yeah, sloft is as powerful the user using it, like most programs, This is just showing a really basic demo on how to render basicly...

  • It's the reflection in the water. It looks like he used the type of water called "Glassy"

  • close, i just made a normalmap that was completely flat, glassy still has ripples, this one doesn't =p

  • This is a great video.. EXCEPT for 1 thing. You did another one, how to use Special Discs, but it's not on Youtube and more importantly, it has no sound! :( What would be GREAT is if you could do a video (with sound) on how to use the SPECIAL DISCS. Some tutorials on how to use this would be great! I mean beyond just how to resize, more details, how it really works.Because I've spent DAYS already trying to figure out how to use the special shapes, and I'm still lost. REALLY need more of these.

  • i would also like to add, if your planning on selling anything that you make with SLoft you would have to make your own box, change it to sculpted then stick in your scultped image, or else you will keep getting "No Transfer" just resize it after you finish and you have your scultpi

  • awsome, i just got this but instead of winging it i looked it up, thank god i did... or this headache i have would have been more then a headache

  • I'm so glad I watched the video. I'm one of those "dive right in" types and I couldn't figure out why I was not getting a sculpty texture. Moving the box over them...yup, that's what I was missing! Thanks for posting the vid!
