i keep lagging not like all the time but sometimes just suddenly i get heavy lagg is that because its a beta? ( i dont have quad core )

I would say it's a little of both. Sure it is beta, but if you are running high settings not having a quad core is a real downside. One of my friends that I talked to last night was complaining about heavy lag in beta as well. He said it must be his processor, he has a terrible duo core. Under the recommended system specs of the game it says quad core under cpu specs. I say just wait for the full release of the game, and try it out a couple of days after its launch.
