@ChenJunHung: No Virtual University of Pakistan has a lot of FREE youtube courses including Project Management. Only problem for you could be that their lectures are mixture of Urdu and English. However, their course material and slides etc (also available through google search when you enter course code) is in English only. People all over the world can enroll on distance learning if they need qualification.
