@DanaDurnford Thanks, Dana. Always good to hear encouraging words from you. As you know, Dennis J. Hastert used to be my rep in congress. When he became Speaker of the House, Kane County was His Church!
I ran for a Kane County Office in 2006 (democrat) and won the city of Aurora, but that's the only dem city in Kane County. But I'm sort of known around town for my CodePink/MoveOn antics, and have had at least one letter to the editor printed about me, that I know of.
Too bad I don't edit.

@DanaDurnford maybe I AM obtuse, after all.
I was @ teaparty 4/15/2010 w/Code Pink (all decked out, wig & everything) in Chicago downtown & holding dirty (but ingenious, if I must say so myself) Sarah Palin sign. I was getting yelled at and yelling back, and I'm trying to get a copy of some video, but so far I have not been successful. This guy emailed me, there is a picture of me on his blog!
