At least you are driving around the Dallas area at the right time. Night time is the best time to be in a truck around there. I see someone suggested LTL, that is fine but I would stay away from Yellow (YRC). Their stock is about $4.40. It has been around .25cts. Conway might be your best bet. Don't know if it would be a turn but you never know. I work for FedEx Freight in Texarkana and do a daily 634 mile turn. Things have changed since I started in Dallas in 1993.

ILL BE THERE Saturday at the show. I got the new Dodge Ram to haul folks as well!
I agree with Doc: Conway would be good. I used to work out of that Dallas yard off Irving Blvd.

Roland, Send a mesage to their web site "Dirty Jobs" They're looking for more stuff. Heh heh, I think you'd be a prime candidate for Mike to join, Most folks don't realise just how dirty your job can be! A+ to ya!
Haa... I love to listen to grumpy old truck drivers!
I see it as future training.
i really did get a chuckle out of this.
