But Chandler court Judge Maria Brewer Threw out the charges of Illegal Use of Horn on Feb 19th 2010 and officer Fitch is still on the streets driving like a maniac and endangering the lives of citizens. FUNNY! I had the same exact thing happen to me. I was in my 32 FT work truck in a traffic jam as usuall in Detroit between 4:30 and 6:30 rush hr. All the sudden I seen this blur comming past my on the right hand shoulder..I institivly honk. Low and behold it was the State Police. He slammed his brakes pulled me over and told me he was responding to an accident, I told him about his "advanced driving skills" he said he has and said he should be using his emergency signals. He left after that.
