@Jordenkl deore is cheap and kind of low quality. Xtr and xt are higher quality and shift far smoother, and are way more responsive then the deore. thats why pal, and just call the "absorber" a rear shock

This bike suffers from crappy X Fusion shock installed by Spec (bounces like a pogo stick). Had to replace mine with Fox Float RP2 - realy big improvement. I don't like the Tora as well. Currently I'm thinking about raplacing it with Fox 32.
