English Dissidia Final Fantasy Xlink-Kai: Gabranth(me) vs. Golbez(Robo)

My first Xlink vid, as well as my first quite challenging battle. Robo is indeed an intense opponent, but I must agree with him, Gabranth is a very bad matchup for Golbez.

Plus, it gets VERY LAGGY on Kai, so that is one of the reasons I wasn't playing to my full potential. I WAS TRYING, DAMMIT!

I noticed that in the description you said " Gabranth is a very bad matchup for Golbez" What do you mean by that is it like a big slow guy vs a small fast guy in most fighters or something else? I dont own the game but it looks cool so i was just wondering.

I meant that Golbez's movement speed is fine, but most of Golbez's ranged moves are sub-par at best. Therefore, Gabranth can charge his Ex-Bar freely, knowing that Golbez is only effective up close.

how did u stay in ex mode for so long? wat r the accessories u equip for gabranth?

I have a Gold Hourglass and Center of the World, allowing me to absorb Ex-Force to my full potential, and keep my Ex Mode lengthened thanks to boosters. Chaos Blade and Highway Star help too.

@Jolt4 what r boosters used for? i've always thought they increase ur brav dmg......looks like i'm wrong?

Boosters "boost" the effects of your other non-booster accessories.

Heh heh, you can probably beat me though, as I said, fighting games are not my specialty. =P My girlfriend got it for me. Asked it 'cause it was fun to play against the comp.
