There is no proven link between gravity and that apple falling to the ground. That's still just a theory, supported by evidence - but that's still not proof. There is no deductive way of proving anything in fact. The climate is way too complicated to model in an accurate way, even if there was a deductive way to prove global warming. All you can do is make arguments and present evidence. But to discount global warming because there's no proof is to discount gravity because there's no proof.
