The 2012 Philadelphia Eagles began the season primed to be one of the top teams in the NFC, but got off to a terrible start against the Cleveland Browns. Despite winning 17-16 thanks to a late touchdown from QB Michael Vick, and an impressive 456 total yards of offense, the Eagles shot themselves in the foot several times throughout the day and almost handed the lowly Browns the upset. When all was said and done, Vick threw 4 interceptions and nearly lost the season opener on the road, but managed to escape Cleveland with the win.
