Mr. Instructor, when was the last time you took any continuing education? It is evident, not any time in the last 10 years. I can't think of a single presenter that has taught what you are teaching in over 15 years.
@TheCycleMonkey an neglect the cardiovascular system and the fast twitch muscle group. Adding resistance to the bike is not the only way to get a great workout.
