I had a similar question about use of the torque tube version. Did you use the stock Align elevated tail components; scale transmisson, short tail boom and tail rotor plate, part numbers HF 5010, HF 5011 and HF 5012? Those are the items used for the elevated tail on the Align Super Cobra.

@2wdUnknown - Yes those are the parts that I used. I did shorten the short tail boom and short torque tube. I posted a "how-to", in the Scale Helicopter forum at RCGroups . com.

Nice Can i ask did have and problems with Torque tube conversion or was it straight forward.

 I am doing a 105 at the moment with the align 4 blade thinking of align 3g ir flymentor.
