Hello everyone! Many of you asked for another Little Dragon fan video. I don't have that yet... I'm bringing you something a little different this time!

Today was my day off from work (yes, on a Thursday.) I decided to spend five hours on GarageBand, using Tycho's "Past is Prologue" as a foundation, sampling various movies, and using my own voice to sing and narrate something I've been needing to express. Ah, how refreshing after a week of monotonous work.

Diehard YouTube critics, save your comments about how amateur it is -- I know that the production quality is shitty! (I work with what I have and that doesn't include a mic.) I did this for myself and decided to share. THANK YOU for tuning in! :-)

I got here through your little dragon video. May I ask who your main influences are? This is the only time ive heard any vocal melodies similar to it and id love to find more. This is fantastic by the way

@ilikelime Thank you! I would have to say that I'm influenced by almost every sound I encounter. Growing up, there was a lot of Erykah Badu, Sade, Aretha Franklin, Tracy Chapman, Bill Withers, Bob Marley, and Steel Pulse in the house... Since then, I have fallen in love with a thousand vocalists - Yukimi Nagano, Norah Jones, Martina Topley Bird, Trixie Whitley, ahhh the list goes on and on and on. I don't know who my main influences are at the moment. I'm living and breathing electrosouldub.
