    I adored Kick-Ass but it's such a different film; Kick-Ass ends in fist-pumping "hell yeah!" triumph, Super ends with beautiful, moving quietness.

    Yesterday I got the honour of watching "Super".

    Damn, freaking good movie actually!

    I love these real life-heroes with no super powers but a lot of passion.

    The opening sequence is pretty entertaining and fitting. And if you watch this again after the actual movie it gets even funnier :)

    What i meant when i said "this is what kick ass should have been", is that the comic book was very dark and violent as well as grounded in reality. this is more true to that premises. Kick ass(the movie) was really good, but it deviated a lot from the source material (which I'm actually thankful for) as far as when you get to the end of that movie it just goes batsh1t and really isn't grounded in reality anymore.

    This movie was being filmed at the same time as Kick Ass. The director of kick ass said to people who said Super ripped off Kick Ass "Who gives a shit. there are 5,000 bank heist movies, there can be multiple superheroes without powers movies"
