Hi there, it's me, Pete Bobbins, Lancashire Leading Fitness Guru to the Celebrity's. For those of you who have been out off the planet this past month, you can be one of the last few to follow me at http://twitter.com/petebobbinsguru . This video is a basic introduction to my 'exercise at home' series - non-complicated fitness which can be practiced at your crib without the need for expensive gym equipment. This first session looks at upperbody strength and demonstrates five easy techniques for building those shoulder, chest, bicep and tricep muscles. Just watch the video then replicate the stated number of reps and sets in your own time. And don't worry, i'll be posting plenty more videos, so you won't be looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger on top and Thierry Henry down below! Oh, and be assured, I no longer work with Thierry Henry, I don't work with cheats OR Jedward!
