How to make dorayaki.

Dorayaki is basically a pancake. A Japanese pancake. "Dorayaki" means cooked gong :]

You need:
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbs water
3 eggs
oil for frying

Mix eggs with sugar and water with baking soda. mix both together, add flour, and stir just enough to combine. Oil pan and cook a 4 inch circle until the top bubbles. Flip to cook other side. If you don't like how thick they are, thin to your liking with more water. Stick pairs together with desired filling.
