@Deekman is it true that in australia the water in the toilet spins counter clockwise? and if so does that mean your faucets point UP so the water pours out? and is the hot water handle located on the left side like in america or is it on the right side. and does the hot water faucet pour out cold water?

@TheRoyalReg1 I'm sorry I affended you random internet douche, I will be more careful with your ADHD controled spaz attacks, but anything but reply to my comment. It just is the only way to make a point, and oh, it is just plain insulting. Excuse me, but I have to go back living a life.

13 Hippopotamuses is quite the time span you use in British Columbia or what ever British colony you 'hail' from.

@moloveta I think the boiling the disc makes it melt slightly so that the scratchs get filled in.

@UnStupified @moloveta actually when the disc is pressed it gets covered with a layer of film. The DVDs are supposed to be dipped in a solution to set the film on the disc correctly but cheaply made disks or errors can happen and the film is not set correctly. Boiling the disk sets the film to the disk. It won't remove deep scratches but it will help with manufacturing errors.
