Great old video! They should have put fins on that tank at 6:40 and it might have gone into orbit!
At 7:20 if that tank had been filled with AIR instead of WATER, that tank would have BLOWN! Since water can't be compressed, but air CAN, the resulting ENERGY contained in the vessel is WAY WAY less with water fill than with air fill.

Thank for posting this. I have a video tape I made of this movie 30 years ago. I still use it in training sessions. As a Master Plumber of 33 years, I have seen many examples of relief valve ignorance, mis-application and stipidity. This movie should be mandatory viewing at apprentice schools.
