Quiet and peaceful, Kapparis is open all year round only a 2 min walk from the villa you can enjoy the local and cosmopolitan wine bars, supermarkets, shops and international restaurants.
This is an ideal villa to relax in, and which to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle and watch the world go by. It has flexible sleeping arrangements, which means that couples, families and small groups can all benefit alike. Furnished to a very high standard. The property has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom that can be easily made into another double, downstairs hosts a comfy double sofa bed. All in all it sleeps 6!
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views. The rear of the villa is furnished with table, chairs and a BBQ enabling you to dine al fresco through the worm evenings. There is children's grassed play area that doubles as a great sun bathing space with 6 sun beds to match.
