They locked the doors and tried to kill us
We escaped from that gas
And met Jar Jar in Bosnas
We took a bongo from the scene
And went to Theed to see the Queen
We all wound up on Tatooine
That's where we found this boy

Maybe Vader someday later
Now he's just a small fry

And now he's toast

No it's not a 'bit more acceptable' its conversational language usually derived from place of origin if you knew where I was born you would know it is a colloquial term.

Colloquial language is words that are a bit more acceptable than Slang, you just miss spelt "yeh".
